Luxury Pools and Living (formerly Leisure Pools of Columbus) services all of Ohio, northern West Virginia and even eastern Pennsylvania. Typically, our customers want a full turnkey installation. However, if you are the type that likes to get dirty and get it done yourself, that's great too! We offer three alternatives to the full installation package.
You get it all. Design, permitting, pool installed, concrete / paver apron, rough and final grade, landscaping plan and installation, sod / seed, and fence. Very often clients will have us complete an outdoor living area, pool house or party area, as well as modify the existing house to accommodate the new outdoor area. This scale of project will typically involve our 3D design services.
This package is our most popular. It includes the pool permitting, installation, concrete apron or pavers, grading, and final inspections. This package is all inclusive with the exception of the fence, landscaping, and seeding / sod installation. We belive this is our most popular because it allows for our customers to complete the finishing touches themselves and save money.
Set and fill package includes the pool shell installed and plumbed as well as all the filtration systems. It includes all of the permitting, plumbing and electric needed. When we leave the pool is ready for rebar and forming for concrete. The client is also responsible for final grading and site cleanup after the concrete, as well as the fence if needed. In some situations we will pour what's called a coping slab of 12"-18" so that the client can run their own pavers or concrete to the coping.
The DIY package includes the pool shell, delivery to your home, skimmer and jets, pump / filtration equipment, plumbing materials (pipe and fittings), lights and transformer, and basic installation manual. This option is for homeowners with a firm understanding of excavation, construction, and has access to the equipment and resources to complete the project. This should be performed by homeowners that know 'the trades' themselves, not that just know people in the business.
